- The most personal build in the portfolio and the least commercial — which is allowed.
- General travel-mapping is a crowded market; the open question is whether to niche it to a community that already documents rides and routes.

- Decide the niche (or explicitly decide hobby status) by a set date
- If niched: add accounts and persistent journeys
- If niched: seed it with 10 real documented routes from the target community
- Add sharing (public journey links) as the growth loop
